@BAFIHGS – it’s the first time I’ve seen BA post this message on both the App and website, so I suppose it’s an enhancement! I was stating a fact, which in the dictionary is not defined as nonsense.

It sounds like you work for BA as you seem to be a loyal supporter, so you would be aware there were IT issues on and off all day yesterday. At least banks give advance notice to their customers before undertaking routine maintenance – until their IT fails completely!
