Have BA recently allowed the opening up of extra Avios seats for older 2for1 vouchers. Checked earlier today with a voucher issued in February 2022, expiring in February 2024 and was advised that extra seats had been opened up especially.The old style vouchers stopped being issued on 1 September 2021. Some old ones which have been issued prior to 1 Sep 2021, but extended due to covid are still in circulation. So either yours was issued before 1 Sep 2021 or you have a new style voucher you didn’t know you had.
