    Hello HFPrs

    Currently staying in a Fairmont and having a proper disaster of a stay with construction starting at 8am rught next to my room. Management being uncooperative to do anything about the construction works and refuses to put me in another room, or try to offer anything at all to make it amicable.

    Which ways of contacting Accor could be efficient to address the issue during the stay?
