It seems like Turkey does not have any of the ride hailing apps..Uber worked for me
Really? Was it recent? Last time I was in Istanbul, it didn’t work
Blacklane? They are pretty much everywhere, and its all app-booked like Uber (albeit in advance). Always been happy with them but not the cheapest.
I think Uber in Istanbul does regular yellow cabs. I had a pretty bad experience with a yellow cab — no meter, got ripped off.

My Hilton offered 60€ for airport transfer in a Benz van. Random internet search transfer companies seem around €30.
Blacklane is €100. Pretty high for Turkey I’d say
