Amex – no t&c for sign up bonus

Per Amex chat there are no t&c for a sign up bonus.

T&C show when you start the application process, except for Business Gold / Business Platinum where there are no rules so nothing shows.

I am having trouble getting the sign up bonus for a Buinss plat when I spent the required £12k in March.

Could this be because they don’t want you to bank the bonus and then cancel the card early (and get a pro rata fee refund)?
