Avios flight search Error Message

For the last week I have been unable to search availability or pricing options for Avios flights, regardless of destination. I log in, enter the destination and dates, it shows the initial date availability, but when I log in to finalise the booking on BA.com, I get this message –
Error
There was a problem with your request, please try again later.
Three family members have tried to search and got the same error.
We have a Reward Upgrade expiring end of this year, so keen to explore options. I phoned Executive Club last night and they were a) totally uninterested in the fact their system isn’t functioning and b) unable to help unless we knew exactly which routes we are interested in.
Has anyone else experienced this error, or any idea of a workaround? Thanks!
