BA e-Store Purchase – Help Needed

I posted previously around how i was waiting for 75,000 Avios (inc 50% bonus) through the purchase of Sofas with darlings of Chelsea. The whole situation is ridiculous and i received an email yesterday from BA advising that they were not going to process the Miles.
There email stated that i had used TopCashback and had not booked through the e-store. This is ridiculous for 2 reasons;
1. I do not even have a Topcashback Account
2. I provided evidence that the purchase was tracked through the e-store
3. I received written confirmation from Darlings of Chelsea that they had approved the Avios and that BA had declined them.
Given it is such a sizeable amount, does anyone have any experience around where i should go next?

Although for a much smaller number of Avios than you are suffering when they said this to me I asked them to provide evidence of their claim, they then just credited the Avios.
@IanMc as Man of Kent has said, I too have asked for evidence of the tracking history from the merchant confirming the last click detail etc and had a 100% rate of success from this point therein with no evidence ever forthcoming (as it doesn’t exist!).
If this does not bear fruit, escalate to adam.daniels@avios.com and you will get a response from Avios Customer Relations (customerrelations@avios.com) who will then give Collinson Group a kick up the ****.

Thanks to Man of Kent & Points Hound. I asked for the evidence at 9am this morning, and by 1pm, they had re-instated the Avios.
Nice one. Pleased to hear a positive result – just keep an eye out they don’t suddenly claw them back for no reason!
