Best card to get after Amex Business Gold

Asking on behalf of family member, she held her business Gold for a year and just closed it. It was her first and only ever Amex. Asked if she can open a other Amex for SUB.

Is she opens a PRG will she be eligible for it’s SUB?

Will the PRG make her ineligible for the Marriot, BAPP, or Nectar cards? Or vice versa?
