Good evening from a dark Panama City, HGI. No idea what the city looks like. End of week 1.

Was going to have a lazy day but welcome letter says building work going on between 10am and 3.30pm. We’ll see how it goes, can’t be as loud as 9 hours of diesel engines on the catamaran surely.

two years of modelling and careful planning and yet they’ve had to reintroduce segment qualification within weeks of going live with new scheme

Bonus still very weak. Number of flights a fairly big change, not impacting gold, as one can get silver for significantly less than 7.5k, but lot of flying.

Barclays Avios not transferred over overnight. Hardly surprising given Barclays chaos recently though no reason why related. Anyone else?

Flagship lounge by gate D30. You can walk from there to E gates if required.

Flagship check in (you plus one guest, will need to show your Gold card) and Fast track is at security checkpoint 2.

I checked mine after seeing your post. After two refreshes, both Premier and Barclaycard Avios have landed with yesterday’s date.
