Does anyone have either an email, or a UK postal address to send a complaint to Bonvoy?
The Twitter customer service team are actively refusing to provide anything bar this link, which only gives phone numbers and international postal addresses. Their attitude is obstinate and increasing my conviction to complain.

Someone else may be able to help but I didn’t think they had anyone in the UK. Usually anything relating to the UK is dealt with by the office in Cork. If you have a contact number for the Cork office in the list they’ve sent you then that might be your best bet. I don’t have the number for there to hand but I’ve found the Cork office to be very helpful when I’ve needed to contact them.

No idea if it’s the best place for a complaint but Companies House has “3 More London Riverside, 4th Floor, London, England, SE1 2AQ” listed at the official address for MARRIOTT HOTELS LIMITED:

I was in touch with them via bonvoy.program@marriott-service.com and United Kingdom Marriott Toll-free 00800 1927 1927, odd number but it worked. Judging by accent it was Cork.
