Double tier points from BA Holidays

May be a stupid question but…

For the current promotion for Double Teir Points for BA holidays (of 5 days or more), is it only the originator (booker) that is awarded Double Teir Points or is it everyone on the booking?
The T&Cs mention you have to book, but obviously not everyone on the booking will have created the booking.

It’s everyone on the booking if they provide their BAEC number

I thought it would be, but as it is not explicit in the offer or T&Cs I thought it best to check here with people who have actually gone through the process.
