Elite status last till Feb / March??

Don’t think it is worth to do 11 nights mattress run in order to achieve the platinum status by year end considering the typical much higher price across Marriott group comparing to Other hotel groups. Might be worth to concentrate on IHG next year instead with my diamond status. Appreciate anyone willing to share their thoughts on this.

However we got few night stays booked with points under Marriott for next Feb. I did recall sometimes ago it was mentioned that this year member elite status will last till next year feb/March rather than Dec. May i know if was the case or I got it wrong. TIA

In my account says dec will this be adjusted for all a later date ?

You need to earn status for 2023 by 31st December BUT if you don’t you won’t drop until the end of February.
