Has anyone else tried enabling contactless payments on their phone, using the Barclaycard app (I know that Google Pay doesn’t work)? When I go into the ‘Contactless Mobile’ section of the app I get the message “Contactless Mobile isn’t available. This may be because you don’t have an eligible card”
I’ve just got the Avios Plus card as well, and have found the small print on the Barclaycard web site that says that Mastercard Barclaycards cannot be used with contactless mobile on Android ! So we’ll have to use the actual card for contactless. Seems a backward step !!

Jumped back on curve for this exact reason, a bit poor that in 2022 can’t pay with Android phones, but curve solves that.
