I have a booking @ Hilton Rijeka in 12 days time and a booking with Eurowings Hamburg-Rijeka to get me there. Unfortunately I have just leaned that I must have (minor) surgery on Monday and need to cancel the trip.

Does anyone have experience of cancellations/changes/refunds with Eurowings please?

It took a while but I can answer my own question in case it helps anyone else.

I have just cancelled my booking and received a travel voucher valid for 3 years.
