I’ve searched without success, where are the Avios seats found that are exclusive to the BA Amex card? Looking at availability from the Avios website the pickings are slim but there was mention in one article about seats that can only be found via Amex, where should I be looking?
They are no seats exclusive to the Amex card itself. There _may_ be additional seat availability with the 241 voucher you earn via the BAPP card only (not the free version). Where available you see those when you search using a voucher in your BA account.
As above, you need to search with your companion voucher from the BAPP Amex (the one with the annual fee). If there are “extra” CW seats, this will be highlighted in the search results.

Not yet. Only signed up last month for the paid version but reckon I’ll qualify within next month or so, already got the 30k bonus.

Can’t see anything between KUL and MAN or LON on 31/07 to 02/08, with or without the voucher.
There’s the usual combo of MAS plus BA connecting in various Indian airports that never prices up properly, but nothing non stop with BA.This is what you see without the companion voucher:
