Flying blue reward booking – extra charge on the card

Has anyone noticed an additional 0.88 EUR charge while completing a flying blue reward booking either on KLM or AF website?

i.e. flight is showing it needs 10000 miles and 10 EUR for taxes and once you go to last step just before paying, it says that 10.88 EUR needs to be paid (irrespective of payment method) instead of 10. On top of that, in the invoice from KLM it does not show this additional 0.88 EUR anywhere!
