Forums Hotel loyalty schemes Hilton Honors Gold benefit for multiple rooms in the USA

    Hi all

I know this is cheap but am curious.

If I book 3 rooms with my Gold status, do I get credit on each room?

We will be 1 guest/room. Price for 2 is the same. What’s stopping me from saying there are 2 in each room, so I get double the credit?

    Thanks

You’ll get the pitiful credit for yourself and one guest. Nothing for the second or third room

There’s nothing to stop you lying and booking for 4 people staying, 2 in the 1st room to get double credit, that’s up to you.

Thanks @davefl. My $15 might just get me a Latte at Starbucks. Maybe.

We recently stayed at the Boston Park Plaza and the Double Tree Hilton in Times Square West.

BPP afforded us $15 USD PER ROOM not per person. This covered a lemonade. It coule not be used at the Starbucks and breakfast was over $35 UsD each.

DTH provided 18 USD per PERSON. Which was 1 dollar short of a continental breakfast (awful quality) so we ended up having a couple of alcohol drinks each night.

oddly the more budget hotel offered more credit – doesn’t seem to have much consistency accross the pond

You obviously know Park Plaza is Radisson so not sure how it is odd for different chains to offer different things

Park plaza is actually party of Hilton now as Radisson sold off its hotels in North America recently 🙂

Not sure if it’s the vibe you’re looking for, of course, but if you
book a Hampton Inn or Embassy Suites, the breakfast will be included for everyone anyway.
