Heathrow Rewards sign-up bonus?

My Heathrow Rewards account seems to have imploded at some point during the pandemic. Reading through others’ experiences with password resets (not working), the path of least resistance seems to be to create a new account. Are there any registration bonuses currently running?

I emailed them and a few weeks later they got back to me and fixed it

I contacted them on Twitter for a password reset. (The password reset option on the website didn’t generate any emails, a common fault.)

That itself didn’t work – the link they sent me to had some sort of ‘token error’ – but they must have unblocked something in the internet pipes, because I was subsequently able to reset my password as expected.
