Heathrow Terminal 5 – Kanishka Kitchen Restaurant

I’m flying from LHR T2 Lufthansa on Sunday afternoon on a business trip. Really keen to try Kanishka which is landside in T5.

I know it’s only 20 mins transfer time between T2 & T5 on a train.

Maybe a basic question – Can I dine at Kanishka first then get a train over to terminal 2?

Yes as you’ll be landslide.

I’d allow more than 20 minutes though

Thanks. I assume, I can just walk past the check in desks to Kanishka. Then when I’m done, I walk back out of the terminal and take the tube to T2?

Yes, but check Citymapper on the day. You may find there’s delays on the tube and a better service by train.
