Help trying to book Turkish Airlines flight

As the title says really. Tried to book internal Istanbul to Izmir flights on Turkish Airlines but I get stuck at the section for passenger information. I’m able to input the passport numbers in but read I need to leave the HES code blank as it doesn’t apply to non Turkish citizens.

However when I try and click continue without checking the “I have a HAYATE code” (as it doesn’t apply to us) it won’t let me continue. It’s as if TK need the box ticked even though it doesn’t actually apply. I just wondered if anyone else has had the same issue trying to book tickets?

Book through Amex Travel, it’s the same price when we booked last week
