Monthly points over 100k. The amount up to 100k has posted as usual but the 100k which usually posts a little later is still missing.
Anyone else experiencing this ?!
It can take a few days longer, it’s random sometimes!
Though I’m still missing 100k points from Sept and Oct 2024!
Need to raise a complaint.
Definitely lodge a complaint, sooner rather than later. As even if your points turn up soon, this card has a history of paying a “points” compensation in the past for late delivery – if you have complained in advance.

I have lodged a number of complaints over the years (see earlier threads), always about points not posting, followed by a complaint by phone, only to find that the agent on the other end knows nothing about the card – usually not even that it exists.
I always got cash compensation _ £50, £75, £100 etc., but never any extra points.
Though there was an occasion when missing points turned up around 6 months late, long after they had been added manually and I had received the cash.
Just got my points for June, on time.
My points posted yesterday, very promptly. Sadly nothing like 100k but I’ve no plans to give up the card voluntarily!

Nor me. I shall be sticking with it as long as it lasts, as the last free hotel points earning Visa or M’Card.
