Hotel recommendation May/Europe

Morning. Looking for recommendations of a ‘resort style’ relaxed hotel in Europe in May. Currently have domes in Crete booked however Mrs now pregnant and feels a long way to go. Have been searching for somewhere around 2/2.5 hour flight, ideally suite style room with large pool. Have plenty of points but with 2adults +1 toddler we are struggling for availability. Budget around £400 per night.
