Hi there,
I used my 2-4-1 voucher to secure my return leg for Jan 25, (SIN-LHR) the CS agent said it should appear in my email after 30 mins but I still have not received anything nor has my card been charged.
Anyone experienced something similar before and any advice?

As long as you can see it on BA manage my booking that’s the main thing. The charging will be done manually and may take a few days. After a week your CVV will drop out and they may send you a message to call them. Or you can call proactively and add it again. You won’t get an eticket email until that’s done
