If everyone has 100k Avios then 100k Avios won’t be worth anything?
True in other walks of life/means of exchange
I’m wondering if a devaluation is a short step into the future…
There has already been an effective devaluation by the increase in surcharges which is a much quicker and more effective way to do it.
I would imagine less than 1% of BA Exec Club members will take up/be eligible for this offer. So I wouldn’t worry too much, and it’s one off 100k – there’s always plenty of ways to pick up bucket loads of Avios – I get 90k a year just from introducing friends to Amex.
