Hi there.
I cannot access my online executive club either through the web or App and it keeps saying that it is locked and to refer to the email/letter that they sent me, which I cannot find or do not believe I have received. I cannot get through to them on the phone and want to book some flights using a companion voucher. Does anyone have an email or contact details that I could try as I’m getting quite desperate now.

You will just have to hang on the phone until they answer unfortunately. Be prepared for it not to be unlocked immediately even when you do get through – might have to go for “checks” or similar.
