Manicure at heathrow t3 airside?

So my wife wonders is there is a lounge or salon airside at t3 heathrow. We have a long stopover and she wonders if she can get her nails done!

Thanks, tried that but nothing showing. There was a spa service back in 2013 but I can’t see anything current.
