I used to make mid-statement month payments since I am one of the low-card limited ones.
But this week it didn’t allow me to make a payment. Anyone had a similar experience? Or even a solution?
The website and app work differently for payments. If you only tried one of them, you might have more luck with the other one.
You can also send a bank transfer with your card number as reference (see their website’s FAQ section for the bank account)I’ve successfully done via bank transfer twice and debit card via the app once. Can’t comment if either have stopped working in the past week.
It works now from the app now. I think it was because of the time Barclays took to process payments and spend. Whilst they are doing that my account looked zero balance so no payment option appeared. Pfff, it’s 2024 and it takes few days for them to clear everything.

Yes, the transactions need to have posted before Barclaycard let you pay it off via Debit Card.
They won’t let you pay a pending transaction balance by Debit Card.
