Miles & More – Best conversion options

Hi,

I have a small amount of points left with Miles & More (About 8K points), but I dont know what the best option is now to convert them.

Last time around I converted them to Heathrow Rewards and then applied them to Tesco Vouchers. But this option is seemingly not available anymore.

Any decent alternatives around?
