Missing 500 TP bonus from BA Amex

I waited patiently for my 500 TP to land in my BA account “by the end of the month” on account of having a British Airways American Express Premium Plus card (since 2013). No additional TPs have been added (and I have checked the total TPs recognising that there is no transaction data for this). Interestingly many on this forum had their points credited on 18 June when the offer launched but I’ve had nothing……
I wonder if anyone has experienced the same issue and how they resolved it?
As a side note, although I clicked the “enrol now” button when this offer was first announced (18 June), I received an email from Amex a few days later suggesting I enrol in the offer. It got me wondering. On checking my account through the (very helpful) Amex “chat” function, my enrolment did not take effect until 23 June. I asked my wife to check her Amex account and her registration didn’t take effect until 28 June – a full 10 days later. At the risk of inundating the Amex team, it is worth double checking that your enrolment in the offer has gone through.
I can’t comment on the missing TP, but if you click the Enroll link (again) it tells you if you are already registered.
I am missing the promised 500 TP too. I wonder should I contact BA or Amex? I think it should be BA , but I think it might be hard to explain to the agent on the phone, as nothing to do with flights.

I registered on the 18th but when I logged into my Amex account yesterday a pop up window invited me to register. I clicked on the link and it looked like a fresh registration I didn’t get a message saying I was already enrolled so I did a live chat and they confirmed my registration took effect from 18 June. I’ve printed that chat for my records – I hope I don’t have to use it to get my TP if I do happen to spend £15k by the end of January.

I received the same email and still haven’t had the 500 Bonus Tier Points credited to my account. Is there a number to ring for Avios queries as I’m getting nowhere using the BA chatbot.
