Missing Avios claim submission issues

I need to submit two missing Avios claims but on both claims when I get to the final submit point I get the message “There was an issue with the form submission. Please try again.” As the two missing claims total nearly 15,000 Avios I don’t want to lose them. Is there somewhere I can email the screenshots to along with the receipts?

I can’t offer a solution, but am experiencing the same issue regardless of browser or platform used. Hopefully it is a transitory issue – will try again in a day or so. Failing that will have to try contacting them.
