Missing transfer of Hilton Points

Transferred points from Hilton Honors to Virgin red almost a month ago. They havnt credited. Details match. Which customer service do I contact?

Virgins missing points complaint section just sends me in a loop.

Any luck with this? I made my request on 12 May and still nothing as well. Still some days until the “up to 30 days” they tell us, but I don’t think it ever took so long.

Just in case it’s relevant – were both these above transfer requests in multiples of 10k?

Just checking as I requested 28k, and it never credited. Called back after a few weeks and turns out agents would happily process any number… But only multiples of 10k are actually allowed.

Called flying club both times.

They were! It was 25k. And by those amazing coincidences, I have a transaction today stating: Cancelled: Points Tip to Hilton HHonors Programme
They have refunded them to my Virgin account.
