Good afternoon
Part pay with avios for BA holiday has been down for the last 6 weeks. Ive been back and forth with BA about this issue and was only told last week they are trying to resolve the issue. Its a shame as someone who is trying to retain silver status under the new system, im loosing out, im a forward planner and have been unable to book three holidays as a result of this, surely this is worthy of some sort of compensation.
Has anyone else experienced this
