Qatar Reward flight with stopover

Looking to book HKG to MAN on Qatar via BA.

If I ring BA to book, would they allow a multi day stop over on one booking so we can have 4/5 days in Doha as on one booking? As it’s about 30,000 avoid and £150 cheaper than booking as 2 individual flights. Just wondering if anyone has any experience of this.
