Booked cash tickets to LHR-KUL / HKG -LHR in business class on QR /BA booking Class I for the QR flights booked via BA (BA flight numbers on the QR flights
Tried to do seats on the QR flights the seat map is showing all seats taken on the LHR-DOH flight. When I pull up the seat map for DOH-KUl saying that seats to be allocated at check in
Made dummy booking on QR website , there still selling cheapest business seats (no lounge access) however still can’t prebook any seats even if selecting the fully flexiable business fare
If busy / full surely they wouldn’t be selling the cheapest business seats ?
Is this common on QR
Try QR in-app chat, they can be very helpful with seating issues.
Are you selecting seats on the QR app/website or BA??
You should ise QR app/web to manage QR operated flights. Enter yiur BAEC number to have your BA status recognised.
Hi I’m trying on the QR website however all the seats are taken on the LHR-DOH flight and then for the DOHA KUl flight it says you have to select seat at check in
I made a new booking on QR same flights and the lowest business seats are still available (the one with no lounge access) and again no seats to book
If the flight was full I could understand with regards to seating i.e selling full J seats however if the cheapest business seats are avaiLbke for sale one would think the flight isn’t busy
