Advice please, paid £132 last August for a pair of twin seats at rear of economy for flight to St. Lucia, BA have changed plane, so now stuck in a row of 3 further up the plane.
So though technically they haven’t changed our seat nos. the layout has changed so presume we can still apply for a refund? (flight is tomorrow)
I really wish BA would have the common sense when doing this to actually reassign paid for seating so we’d have still had twin seats, but that is probably something that has never occurred to them! Assume others have had a similar experience?
Thanks
