Hello,
I need to understand if I can change to a flight earlier in the day without penalty.
Internet seems to suggest this may be possible on a Premium Economy ticket.
Thai customer services are not very helpful and keep referring me to the purchase conditions.I have copied and pasted what the Purchase Conditions state in regards to flight change.
The only thing I am sure of is that I must make a change at least 4 hours before the departure time of the original flight – which is fine as I will probably know a week before if I need to take an earlier flight (but still flying on the same departure date).
Can anyone who is skilled at these things kindly confirm if I am liable to a fee or not? Point 2 seems relevant.
Thanks.CHANGE FLIGHT/ DATE / REROUTING / RBD MUST BE

Thanks for confirming.
I don’t have the skill to decipher these things. No fee, only fare difference & you need to do it 4hrs prior
Thanks for confirming.
I don’t have the skill to decipher these things. It’s not obvious that where there isn’t a fee mentioned that means there isn’t one. Enjoy your trip! Lots of friends have been doing Thailand trips out of Singapore the last few weeks and I’m getting very jealous seeing all the pics !
