BA have flights to Mombasa, which is London Heathrow to Nairobi on BA metal and then Nairobi to Mombasa on Air Kenya.
These are bookable up until mid March, but after that only direct to Nairobi on BA is available. Will I be able to book this route in a couple of weeks?
Have you checked whether Air Kenya are selling the internal flight? There might be a schedule or time change after March which makes it incompatible with the international sector.
What is the Air Kenya Booking window? Not every airline has as long a one as BA.
And the link between the two airlines may have ended meaning BA can’t sell connections to Air Kenya
