I used my voucher in January, then I cancelled my flight. Avios were returned (although that required a bit of back and forth as I had been charged twice and I had to call BA a few times to get properly refunded) but to my horror I discovered yesterday that the voucher is still sitting under expired/used vouchers in my BA account. Asked for that to be refunded, fingers crossed.
Have you had the same experience, and was it resolved promptly?
I had a similar situation – I had an FTV refunded that had a voucher in and only realised months later that the voucher didn’t come back. I called BA and the agent seemed to know what to do but it never reappeared after a couple of chasers on chat. I PMd BA Refund Helper on FT and they managed to get it back for me
