Hi All,
Sorry if this is covered in another thread, I have had a look through and couldnt seem to find anytihng although i can be a bit blind at times!
If you are booked in Economy utilising a basic BA Companion, is there a workaround to upgrade to W/J should a seat become available? (Ie, pay the full avios cost differece to upgrade).
I did speak with BA Exec a few days ago and was quoted 27,500 avios to upgrade to W and 47,500 a avios to J however once I had added the avios to my account, called back and spoke to someone differnet they said this was now not possible. Little bit stuck now, any advise?
Worst case I will just utilise the avios purchased later on in the year but wasnt sure if there is a work around on this.
Thanks
Charley
