Booked award flights back in February for LHR-YYZ-LHR for Christmas 2025. Last night they have changed days for the 4th time. How can Virgin honestly expect anyone to make travel plans with this kind of churn? Lots of talk in these forums about the number of changes in Virgin flights, but I never paid attention – I am now! Luckily we don’t need hotels as staying with family. Will need to call and change them again, as the new dates do not work for us.
Looks like after October they are now Wednesday Friday Sunday and some Mondays but not all… honestly confusing. I suspect it won’t be long before they cancel the route completely.
The silver lining is it now appears to be Neo both ways.
