Has anybody been able to see when their points are coming up for expiry? This used to be shown on the card statement each month, but now doesn’t seem to be included. And clicking through to the Rewards portal only shows my total points, points earned (various) and points spent (none). Nothing about points which are due to expire.

Tried applying for this tonight using the HFP2022 promo code, but got to the ID check stage, and it just keeps saying (unhelpfully) “Sorry, something went wrong!”

Thanks @Joecooljoe. I’m part of the niche market that this impacts, and a positive change for us, not having to wait in St. Lucia for an hour. Of course, it means the return flight now leaves at 3pm-ish, so that cuts short the last day out there. And lands at 5:15am at Gatwick. :-/

Yes, easy to get to Gran Via from the airport using the metro, though note there are 1 or 2 changes, depending on which route you take. And not all of the changes have escalators. I ended up carrying cases up/down some stairs when we did the trip last November.

Is it still 10 days for Avios to arrive as Nectar points? I did a transfer 10 days ago, but nothing in my Nectar account so far.
