  • Yes even when arriving from the UK. Certainly there is at T1.

Happened a couple of times arriving off BA ex LHR so not a mistake.

Besides not everyone arriving ex UK is eligible for CTA provisions.

British Citizens are eligible for CTA, right?
I guess if I went for DUB post on June 11th, I’d share info here on how B2B is/isn’t possible after moving to T2 (e14 pointed out that BA is moving to / from DUB T2 from 06.06.

When are you planning on doing this ? BA will be changing to Terminal Two at Dublin airport on the 6th of June, which may (MAY) make an airside connection possible.

At the moment you are not doing a true back to back as you are not planning on returning on the inbound aircraft but the flight an hour later from London City. I would be comfortable doing this, but others may not and as we have experienced recently the weather can be a bit of a pain affecting this flying lark.

The flights at the times you are planning do actually have turn around times close to an hour but that is more to allow BACF to catch up if there have been any issues earlier in the day, so don’t let that fool you.

e14, my planned flight(s) are before 6th (June) to Dublin T1.
I do notice that, as you pointed out, the same flights a week later (11th) are operating from/to Dublin T2 – thank you, that’s very insightful.
Do you reckon T1 is still possible for the “back-to-back”? Or is that more practical when it goes to T2, therefore I shall wait for a week later.

Thank you both. I will have a look at what else is available.

I don’t think the email explicitly stated that the total charge for the renewal on 30/04/2024 will remain at £1789 (the old price).

I turned off the auto-renewal and had it turned back on again; and received the following:

“Well done on activating your Avios Subscription.
Now you can sit back and watch your Avios balance fly.
    Here’s a summary:
    Subscription:
    Adventurer (yearly)
    Order number:

    Date:
    Sun, 30 Apr 2023 12:02:17 GMT
    Avios per year:
    200,000
    Avios per month:
    16,667
    Total charge:
    £1,789
    That’s all for now,
    Your Avios Subscription team”

In my opinion (I could be very sceptical), this only confirms that the price paid last year was £1,789.

I could not find anything in the T&A either, Terms & Conditions
The 5th point on the T&A gives a bit of reassurance that it appears there is a 14-day “cooling off” period that if I end up paying the new / higher price for the subscription, I’d request a refund.

    Do I miss anything?
