2 of the 4 tickets are the extra/flexible avios but overall its still a half decent deal averaged across the 4 redemptions.

Thanks JDB…. very much appreciated. I’m going to call one more time and see if I can persuade them to put me in F on the QR flight. If not, I’ll see if they’ll put me in J on the QR flight. I agree re. compensation may be tricky if I do go for the latter option.

We are a sucker for Lords of the Manor in the Cotswolds. Stunning property, beautiful walks locally and Michelin starred food. Going again there next spring as a Friday night stopover on the way to Dorset (that being too far to drive on a Friday after work). Best rooms are pricier but well worth it as they ate stunning.
The restaurant at this hotel does not have a Michelin Star

Just been reading the topics and posts in this IHG Forum. Noticed there were a few comments regarding E-Upgrade offers for redemption bookings. How do you see these offers? I’ve looked on the app + website at my bookings and can’t see anything.

Yes, I’m having the same problem. I have tried it dozens of times on my Mac (using different browsers), iPhone and a Windows PC and I just get an error message every time. I’ve sent an email and they have a logged a case for me but I have a very low expectation that it will be fixed any time soon.
