My wife lost her medication earlier this week in a hotel room. (Hotel not being responsive as to whether it’s turned up). Any thoughts on whether Amex will cover the replacement cost? Had to get a $150 consultation before a pharmacist would dispense.

OK, I’ve answered my own question. When you add the car after picking flights it flags the double Tier points.
