Hi
Had a claim a few years ago with AXA (they were very good ) my concern with Europ Assistance is that based on reviews their customer satisfaction record is appalling .
Now I appreciate some of these reviews you can take with a pinch of salt however makes me wonder !
Anyone out there with any experience with EA good or bad ?

Hi Really concerning that AMEX are just freezing accounts . I Have over £200k points is worth moving them ? If Amex blocked my card would I lose the points ?

Hi Great article .
I have both, did have have small claim with AMEX last year( £600 ) and they were excellent however I was not sure who to claim with first in the event of a claim.
Would it be shared ? (which seems messy )

I believe you have to book with Amex for the insurance to kick in so you may have to claim via HSBC.

Can anyone help ?
I have HSBC travel insurance as well as Amex in the event of a claim who should I use ?
Can I just pick one (probably Amex) and just put in a claim with them , as do not want to deal with 2 insurance companies who may start to pass the buck ?
Thanks

Hi
I have Amex Plat card therefore have the standard travel insurance included.
I have recently booked a cruise for my family and would like a back up travel policy ( not sure how good the Amex policy is ) can anyone recommend good travel insurance provider especially cover that is specific for cruises ? Don’t mind paying a little extra for quality and hassle free claim . Any feed back really welcome .
