Email addresses aren’t case sensitive (neither are URLs for that matter).

Yeah, that was a quick experiment. We have removed nested replies now.

Enjoy the Royal Meridien – I don’t know if you saw my review but it was my favourite hotel in Dubai: https://www.headforpoints.com/2021/10/24/review-le-royal-meridien-beach-resort-and-spa-dubai/

The resort itself has a huge variety of restaurants and cuisines – Indian, pan-Asian, Middle Eastern, Mexican, Italian etc etc. Zengo is the only one I tried but really liked it.

In terms of things to do the water park at Atlantis is great fun and pretty close to the hotel.

Going up the Burj Khalifa is one of those things that is kind of pointless but you want to do anyway. I think we’re all so used to flying that a view from hundreds of metres up isn’t all that impressive any more! There are some good restaurants and bars with a view of the Burj Khalifa, though, including Ce La Vi which also has an infinity pool-bridge (like Marina Bay Sands in Singapore).

Probably not – I think it’s fairly clear here what is a reply and what isn’t. The formats are different.

I just use the blue surgical ones and replace them when they get a bit gross. The only issue I have is that they sometimes hurt my ears although it depends on how much I’ve been wearing them recently.

Booking via Hotels.com usually means you are ineligible for any loyalty benefits with the hotel’s own scheme.

Sorry, looks like the spam filter is being a bit over-zealous. It’s not that it isn’t posting, it’s that it’s being pushed into the moderation queue.

Sorry, that has now been approved. For some reason it was put on the moderation queue by WP.

To be honest I think the ‘link to existing content’ search is probably more hassle than it’s worth, so may try and remove that functionality. It’s from main WordPress.

When you edit your profile there doesn’t seem to be any way of getting back to the forums. I had to use browser history to search for the link Rhys posted in the chat thread. It would be helpful if there was a shortcut in the sandwich links on the main hfp website.

We will be adding forum links when we come out of the soft launch period.

Yes, I got this too. Bit crap to be honest – increasing monthly fee to £5 and reducing potential cashback from direct debits to £5 (total) per month, so basically net even unless you have another Barclays product that gets you rewards like a mortgage.
