Richie 1,152 postsHAL is spending, and forecast to spend, buckets (ie GBP multi millions) of money improving baggage systems at Heathrow. It is us the passengers who will ulitimately pay for this. The BAA was privatised over 35 years ago, it is disgraceful that UK governments have let HAL mismanage it’s core infrastructure responsibilities leading to higher capital costs.
