Good points – not sure why I didn’t think of checking my policy.

I did look, and it turns out flights not departing or arriving from the UK aren’t covered – so I know to change policy before I travel

So i kept trying, I did notice that if I removed the disabled attribute in the HTML of the site I could then select both vouchers and progress. I’ve not gone through to purchasing the flights as I was just tinkering but will report back when I do!

Yeah I’ve sat in the back cabins two or three times.

I’ve found at busy periods they do let WTP come through to use the CW bathrooms so it does feel like a lot of through traffic.

Although bigger, the front cabin seemed quieter on those flights – but that could’ve just been down to luck/situation.

I had it last year when I was charged ~1k/pp (return) for a reward flight to vegas. I finally got a £294 refund. Apparently around that time for 1-2 months, redemptions in I class (using a new style premium voucher) had additional taxes added in error.

I also booked HND->LHR in club yesterday and was charged £385/pp. I’ve never seen it show for £315.20 though..

Ah perfect! You both were right, the charge and email has now been issues.
Phew! Was worrying as I saw some AM flights still available and didn’t know if i should call 😀

Yep – you can book on Hawaiian airlines with virgin points – you just need to call them and book it over the phone. I booked an inter-island flight (between OGG-HNL) for 7500 points and £4.60 in June.

Yeah.. Ideally i’d fly from any london airport (Bristol based)… Maybe i’ll try the midnight calls and see how i get on.

If i were to book MAN-LHR-HND, Would I need to actually do the first leg of the journey? Or could I just do the LHR-HND part?
