Please know that your comments regarding the in-room amenities and dining value have been noted and shared with the appropriate teams for consideration. To clarify, our in-room microwaves and refrigerators are available upon request and are based on availability, our team is always happy to assist with these additions whenever possible. Regarding the Urban Experience Fee, it includes curated amenities such as a daily $15 food & beverage credit, wellness offerings, and exclusive local experiences; however, we regret if this was not clearly communicated during your stay.
