the hotel is perfect, loved the rooftop space. great location. I was there for 3 nights and was disappointed that the water and coffee were not replaced after the first night, I had to request for the 2nd night and when it was not replaced for the 3rd night, I let it go! The staff at reception were accommodating.

The design and layout in the bathroom was inconvenient. Once you use the sink or the shower, the water is everywhere. This might cause injuries. Also, the room service of dining window is limited because the earliest is at 11 p.m. As a guest, breakfast is the most important or convenient service that hotels provide so the unusual limit on the meal service time was inconvenient.
